We recently bought a boat from Jon, and it was our first boat as a family. Having bought many cars over the years, I had a certain expectation for customer service for expensive purchases. As one would expect, Jon was very helpful during the buying process. He patiently answered all my questions and spent whatever time I needed learning about the boat and boat ownership. He also clearly wanted the transaction to be positive for us the buyer, as well as the sellers he represented. After we bought the boat, I would have said we had a good buying experience through Jon. However, that was only the beginning of the customer service Jon has provided. We live out of town from where the boat is and we have needed some planned services for the boat, which were surfaced during the inspection process. Jon has EXCEED all of my expectations in terms of his helpfulness with scheduling and doing many of these services. I absolutely would recommend Jon to anyone wanting to buy a boat.
