From start to finish Jon was there to support us during our boat buying process. This was the first yacht style boat we have ever purchased and he walked us through the entire purchase. In addition he helped ensure that we had great contractors helping with the surveys and testing of the boat. He never pressured us and insured we were comfortable every step of the way. After the boat was purchased Jon educated us on how to run the boat by driving the boat with us from Southlake Union through the locks up to Des Moines’s. His care and concern for us was far more than we expected. We look forward to many years of boating and working with Jon when we are ready to upgrade to our next boat!
