As a fellow boater I am certain very few of us have had 5 star experiences when dealing with Marine Service vendors. In the case of Relius, however, that was exactly what happened. I noticed the Relius van in the parking lot of Elliott Bay Marina two Summers ago. Turns out the owner Rick Lee was in the van when I walked by. I asked Rick what kind of services he provided and his on-site hourly rate.
Since time changes somethings, I will not quote his exact words but I hired him on the spot because I had a sense I had just met someone that I could trust to be fair and do great work.
Rick did a number of yearly maintenance items on my 3988 engines/transmissions as well as some electrical signal work.
He was timely and thorough and fair, more than fair.
I have seen him in the marina from time to time and he asks ME about how my boat is operating. He has both offered his advice and the lending of a cutoff tool to me this summer for a repair I was doing on the windshield wipers.
I cannot say enough about Rick and his talents and the way he does business. He is a five star experience.

Used King to do upper enclosure on the 3988 in October 2008. They were priced right, did good work and most importantly finished the job on time.
My biggest issue with marine service providers is to schedule and finish within the agreed upon time.
King also does commercial work for the WSF system. They do all the replacement seating. Next time your on a WSF boat with new seats, remember King Marine if you like the quality.
I am at Elliott Bay Marina and their fabrication facility is just a few miles away. That is a big plus for me.
