We recently decided to upgrade our 22’ Four Winns to a 28’ Searay Sundancer. Thankfully we were lucky to have worked with Jon. Jon knows boats inside out especially the existing inventory within the Puget Sound area. He was able to find the perfect boat to suit the needs of our family. What impressed us most of all is his after-sales service. There was many a time when we called Jon to ask him the most basic of questions and he was always available to answer our questions. Recently we wanted to winterize the boat and Jon offered to come down and help us through the process. This is above and beyond customer service. You can tell that he is a genuinely good guy, he is professional and has a great sense of humor. If I know of anyone in the market for a new boat I would have no hesitation in recommending Jon Heisel.
