I worked with Jon purchasing a Sea Ray 270 which is my first larger boat. I cannot say enough about how thorough, knowledgeable and helpful Jon is. I reached out to Jon about another boat months before this one became available. Not only did he remember that I was looking for something this size, but he contacted me directly to tell me about the listing. I was blown away that months later he remembered I was looking for a boat and followed up. That alone says something about his attention to detail and customer service. Throughout the entire process Jon guided me through the purchasing steps, viewing, sea trials, all of it making me feel comfortable and reassured about my purchase. When the deal was set Jon took the extra time to go through on-board systems, tips and tricks for the boat and spent time on the water with me guiding me how to maneuver the boat. Above and beyond customer service from him. Excellent man to work with and will 100% recommend and work with Jon again! Thank you so much! I am so happy with the boat and my experience purchasing it!
